When one more year has passed in a lifetime one celebrates his or her birthday. This party can be small with the closest friends and relatives or big with a lot of people. The more friends or relatives you have, the more times you are invited and have to congratulate them on their birthdays.
You can say your congrates and good wishes in a very simple way like saying or singing "Happy birthday to you". But this not very original.
